Dujardin Mews shortlisted for RIBA London Award

20 Apr 2017

Completed in 2017 and designed in collaboration with Maccreanor Lavington Architects, Dujardin Mews forms the first part of the wider Ponders End Regeneration programme and signals the first social housing to be built by the London Borough of Enfield for over 35 years. In response to a constrained and rectangular plot of brownfield land, our design creates a double-sided mews street of 38 beautifully designed and well-built council homes that also establishes a valuable north-south pedestrian link between the Oasis Academy School and the wider area. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on 22nd May.
