Planning approved for Ujima House, Wembley Housing

11 Jun 2020

Designed for the London Borough of Brent, Ujima House is a new residential-led, mixed-use project comprised of affordable homes, hybrid workspaces and civic space. The project forms a key part of the Wembley Housing Zone, an area designated by the Mayor of London in 2015 to re-shape and revitalise the eastern section of Wembley High Road by bringing forward high-quality, affordable housing and public realm improvements. These revised pedestrian connections will be designed to forge a stronger link between Wembley Central Station and Wembley Stadium.

Ujima House is the second residential scheme we are creating for Brent Council as part of this important strategy, and sits opposite Wembley High Road, Cecil Avenue which achieved planning approval earlier this year.
